Bend your hips, lean forward, and lower your right arm. Immediately returned to the starting position at full stretch your hamstring. Perform 8-12 reps for each side of the body.

4. Pushup. Lie down facing the floor with palms slightly wider shoulders. The position of the finger pointing toward the front.
